Atelier Sano is an architect office established by Takahito Sano in 2006. “Maruyama no ie” (Maruyama house) is one of his latest work. It is characterized by the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
The large windows give the impression that the boarder between “inside” and “outside” is unclear, and that also makes us feel that the family, the house, and nature are all connected, Sano says.
