Japanese furniture store hhstyle.com has been hosting an auction titled “Green auction” since 2007. The main purpose is to save “Green”, which is slowly disappearing from the earth. Every year each artist is asked to create a unique chair by paiting on Eames’s “La chaise”. The profits will be donated to the special fund owned by the city of Tokyo.
This year Japanese artist Yasumichi Morita created “Camouflage la chaise”.
