Kamidechoemon was founded in 1879 in Ishikawa, Japan, and is known as a manufacturer of Kutani pottery. Kamidechoemon started working together with Spanish designer Jamie Hayon since 2010. This project is expected to continue for another several years. Here is a video of their manufacturing process. Some products from this project is currently exhibited at the museum store of the National Art Center Tokyo.
